I live in the main level, separable part of the property and am excited for you to use the space as a home base to decompress or explore the city! Note: the guest suite is cleaned thoroughly between stays and I am following the Covid-19 five step enhanced cleaning process. The space Private 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom Suite complete with a kitchenette (includes a mini-fridge, microwave, hot plate, sink, pots/pans, mixing bowls, cutting boards/knives, electric kettle & dishes/silverware!), dining table, desk, washer/dryer, patio, backyard, & much more! This is a classic Seattle style home offering a private, comfortable lower MIL guest suite to call home while you are in Seattle! The space has a open, warm feel with big windows that bring in natural light throughout each room. Please note: The evolving situation with the COVID-19 virus and developments in and around the city of Seattle have most certainly been at the forefront of my mind with the unit. I am taking very specific measures to ensure all areas of the guest suite or sanitized for the health of everyone. Between stays all areas are cleaned thoroughly, following the 5 step enhanced Covid cleaning process. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. Thanks so much! Guest access You will have full access to the guest suite, the deck and backyard. The entry for this space is in the back of the house, through a private door with key less entry. The deck and backyard is a shared space. Please walk along the side of the house on the path, go through the gate and use the door with the keypad. This is a private entrance to the sub-basement guest suite. I live on the main floor and if you see me around, please say hello! The neighborhood Where to start! The neighborhood is fantastic- quiet, safe, friendly, convenient access to shopping, parks and easy to get to downtown Seattle. If you like to walk, there are a few great local spots within walking distance to the guest suite that are neighborhood favorites! This is a central location between trendy neighborhoods in Seattle - Greenwood, Ballard and Phinney Ridge. There are so many restaurants, parks and beaches to visit and shopping to do! You are also a short distance from Downtown Seattle - about 15 to 20 minutes. This makes it nice to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city, while having a peaceful place to come home to at the end of the day! Other things to note I look forward to sharing the space with you and your guests. There is a friendly dog named Nala. She is a cute little mix and is just over a year old. Nala can be shy and therefore may bark at first- if you see her in the yard, please say hello! She will warm up quickly and is a sweet little girl.
