The living room includes a comfortable sofa and chair, a smart TV with Chromecast, and a separate workspace. There is also a collection of games and books. The kitchen comes equipped with a coffee maker, grinder, tea kettle, Instant Pot, toaster, blender, spices and much more! There are also barbecue accessories for your use at the poolside grills. The dining table offers seating for four. The cozy master bedroom has a king-sized bed with luxury linens and a walk-in closet with plenty of storage and a safe. The en suite features a tiled bathtub & shower combo. There is also a separate half bathroom. Last but not least, the highlight of the unit is the private lanai where you can enjoy the direct ocean views and stunning sunrises. You might even be lucky enough to spot the whales breaching from November through April! The condo is stocked with everything needed to make your stay as convenient as possible, including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and a portable fan.
