The Patterson Park House is a historic home, recently renovated with modern details. You'll walk into an expansive living space with character and bright, midcentury touches. Work from our home with blazing fast wifi and plenty of coffee to choose from. The Patterson Park House is our personal home that we completely reimagined and renovated in 2020. Our home is decorated with a mixture of modern furnishings and numerous vintage pieces that have been curated locally. We love this space and are delighted to share it with others while we're away! This house is large with a cozy couch in the great room and is true open concept living. You'll find smart locks, a smart thermostat, Amazon Alexa connected to Spotify, and a smart TV with streaming services set up for your viewing pleasure. On the first story, the main living space leads right into the dining room, which gives way to the kitchen and then the outdoor patio. On the second story, the main bedroom boasts a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring an original claw foot tub and standing shower. The second bedroom is cozy and petite with a king-size bed and a full bathroom right off the room. We also have a bonus work area between the two bedrooms, which offers a quiet space to work. The king and queen beds have comfortable, memory foam mattresses, cozy comforters, and soft sheets. The chef's kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. We love great coffee and provide whole bean coffee and everything you need (plus instructions) to make the perfect pour-over pot. Keurig cups are also available when time is short. The internet runs on the Xfinity home wifi system, with fast and reliable connection throughout the home. There is also a washer and dryer in the basement for guests to use. Free street parking is available on our street and around the neighborhood. Patterson Park Neighborhood is one of the best places to stay in Baltimore. Our area offers an urban meets suburban feel with quaint row houses lining brick-paved streets. Not only are we close to Patterson Park where you can take a stroll any time of year, but we are also minutes away from restaurants and shops in Fells Point and Baltimore Harbor.
