This beautifully remodeled home is designed for comfort and relaxation. Look for the paved trail hidden between the shrubbery, 3 houses to the west, for a secret garden walk to the lake at LaBonte Park. Curl up with a good book on the sofa, cook up some magic in the kitchen, or head to the hills for the day. Plenty of parking including space for your toy trailer on the street(no camping.) All of the amenities you need for your stay. 5 minute drive to downtown restaurants & shopping, and Safeway, 5 minute drive (or 15 min. walk) to the university, 10 min. drive to the amenities on the east side of town (Super Walmart, shopping, theater, restaurants.) 20 minute walk to the Laramie Plains Museum (not to be missed!) Entertainment: Big Screen Roku TV in the Patio Suite and the Living Room, board games and card games in the entertainment cabinet, lots of good-reading books. Sleeping: 3 beds in 3 bedrooms, plus daybed in living, additional single trundle set up on request. Hospitality: soaps & shampoos in baths, earplugs if you have a snoring bedpartner, hair dryers, blackout shades in the Blue Floral Bedroom and the Antique-Style Bedroom, fans in each bedroom, AC window unit in the summer, basic spices in the kitchen, pots/pans/mixing bowls, wine opener/dishes/silverware/glasses/wine glasses, etc. Popcorn popper and popcorn, Keurig, k-cups, sugar/creamer/cocoa/cinnamon, hot chocolate. Extra comfy beds, down/feather pillows. Fresh linens and towels. Coming Summer 2021: new patio off of Patio Suite, flower gardens, Pergola. Please come back and visit again when it's complete! Caretaker lives in private basement apartment with outside entry.
