Computer monitor and keyboard / mouse are there for your use. If you have a laptop, just plug your laptop in and you're ready to work! There are two baths, one full upstairs and a half bath on the first floor. The kitchen is fully stocked (pots and pans, dishes, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, crock pot, hand mixer, etc. etc.) and there are also lots of restaurants (and yes a Starbucks!) just a short drive away. There is plenty of room on the first floor with a den area, a dinette area, plus a large formal living room and dining room. There is a first floor laundry area as well. The lot is wooded and has plenty of trees to climb and areas to explore. There's a creek in the lower part of the yard to splash around in, a sandbox for the kids, and a hammock for afternoon naps. There is a covered back porch with porch swing, a great place for your morning coffee and bird watching.  Bring your boat, or rent a boat or jet ski at the marina. Richard O. Hartley Park (with playground, beach, boat launch, tennis courts) is a 5 minute drive or an 18 minute walk. We have a double stroller at the house for your use.  Southern Tier Brewery is a 4 minute drive away. There are lots of ice cream shops, golf courses, mini golf and shopping all within a 10 minute drive. There are countless wineries along Lake Erie, most of which are about 30 minutes away. Chautauqua Institution is 16 minutes away. Peek n Peak Ski Resort is 35 minutes away, with golf, adventure park (zip lines, mini golf & ropes course), and spa.
