I have designed and constructed a new, chic and capacious studio for my special guests that features a spacious room with an adjustable king-size bed, 50" LG smart TV with sound bar (lots of cable networks, HBO, Showtime, Hulu, Amazon), efficiency kitchen with microwave, a charming patio with separate grill for you exclusive use, adjustable king size bed that makes it so comfy for reading and tv watching and brand new bathroom with spacious white tile shower. The studio apartment is separate from the private upstairs residence. The location is an easy and pleasant walk to downtown restaurants, wine tasting bars and nightclubs. My favorite restaurants about 1/2mile down the street are Gran Eletrica, Azzurro Pizzaria and Napa Bistro. The laundry is offered to guests with an extended stay. I am happy to recommend restaurants, sights to see and fun things but also respect your privacy. I will be able to offer a dedicated patio with a grill for your exclusive pleasure as there is no cooking in the apartment. Other furnishings will be added in the near future. This is a quiet neighborhood close to the nightlife of Napa. If you don't feel like walking, the Red Rock Cafe (great barbecue) another local favorite, is just across the street.
