Custom 5-bedroom Home in Heart of Innsbrook

Welcome to the new beautiful custom house surrounded by a forest! There are 5 bedrooms & 5.5 bathrooms, giving plenty of privacy in the 4,000 sq ft house. Located in the center of Innsbrook (a resort community), you're a quick 1-minute drive to the Aspen Center & main gate (a few minutes to the golf course). You’ll have access to the golf course, pool, lakes, kayak/canoe/paddleboard/pontoon boat rentals, fitness center, & tennis courts. The modern custom house was built in 2017 and has 4,000 square feet filled with all of the conveniences you need to have a great vacation. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The beds and bedding ensure a restful night's sleep. There are 4 bedrooms that each have a king-sized bed. The 5th bedroom has 2 queen beds, a daybed with a trundle (both twin size), and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. (Pictures coming soon) There are a total of 5.5 bathrooms, and 3 pull-out couches. The house comfortably sleeps 18 people. The house is equipped with everything you need like a fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets, fans, folding chairs, beach towels, luggage racks, and firewood. There are 2 TVs with basic cable, DVD players, and a Playstation 4. A computer and wifi are available to you. The lower level also has a pool table, board games, books, and DVDs for your entertainment. There is a kid's nook under the stairs with lots of toys, books, and a play tent. The oversized garage has yard games, folding chairs, and golf clubs. Enjoy the evenings around the fire pit outside. The lot is 1.5 acres of forest surrounding it, with deer often grazing just out the windows! Aspen Lake is a 2-minute walk away, and swimming beaches can be reached in a quick 5-minute drive! There is an oversized 2-car garage as well as parking in front of the garage and on the driveway. Getting around Innsbrook can be done by car, bike, or by walking. You'll have access to all of Innsbrook's amenities. A 20% discount automatically applies to week-long bookings.
