We have a lockbox so you can enter and leave at will. There are many wonderful activities in the Boothbay and Boothbay Harbor. Some venues may have modified their schedules this year. The "quintessential cape" is a comfortable New England home with room to spare! It is walking distance to the Boothbay Common with its art shows, farmers markets and ever changing events plus many of the regions amenities. With 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 New Bathrooms, this home offers old features with modern touches. There is a modern "eat-in" kitchen and you can enjoy the private back yard deck or cozy up on a comfortable chair and read a Steven King mystery! The Boothbay Harbor Town Line is virtually across the street, but you are just over 2 miles from the hustle and bustle of the downtown. Experience living in Maine without feeling like a tourist! The house is at a crossroads, go one way to the Harbor, go another way and you can explore Peninsulas, Islands and Lighthouses. We're a couple of minutes to the Coastal Maine Botanical Garden. Magnificent in summer but fantastic during "Gardens Aglow" mid Nov. through Dec. 31st! Gardens Aglow will be a drive through this year. There will be limited tickets so contact the Botanical Gardens EARLY! Did I forget to mention the quaint shops, restaurants, and lobster shacks in Boothbay & Boothbay Harbor? The Cabbage Island boat ride and lobster bake is not to be missed, but be sure to make reservations well in advance as they book up early! Don't overlook Bet's Fish Fry just off the traffic circle, haddock at its best!
