The property has a dock for fishing, swimming, and docking boats. Wood burning sauna available for sauna swims. The property is on Big Swan lake that is a lightly developed lake 660 Acres and is known for walleye fishing. You can also catch crappies, blue gills, small mouth bass, large mouth bass, and more. You will find a nice fire ring for evening bonfires. We also provide a gas grill and a pit boss pellet grill. The lake shed has some life jackets to use along with some lake toys for the kids. You can use the canoe, and kid kayaks. Big Swan lake has water fluctuation so when the water is low you will find sandy gravel bottom for swimming. When the water is high you can wade into the water from the dock. You will enjoy your time on Big Swan Lake. Most boaters on the lake are out doing some walleye fishing. We offer the garage to be used for parking 2 vehicles in and you have room for an additional vehicle and a boat trailer. We are also converting the garage into a heated game room that will be done for Christmas 2021 and the New Year.
