Newly built home is a welcoming haven for your family and friends. Enjoy this family friendly home with the ability to spread out, curl up in front of the fire, or sit outside with a glass of wine enjoying the outdoor fireplace. Within walking distance of a large park or you can swing and enjoy a picnic right across the street. Close to the Woodinville wineries, downtown Kirkland and Seattle. The space First floor has a home office, powder room, mud room, open concept kitchen with dining area and family room. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, appliances, coffee maker, spices, oils and more. Family room has a fireplace, Apple TV and PlayStation. From the family room there are large double sliding doors that open up to the patio. The covered patio has a fireplace, outdoor couch and chair with ottoman. Second floor has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room. One bedroom has a full size bed and a large TV equipped with Amazon Fire TV and Xbox. The second bedroom has a full size bed, books and baby supplies if needed (pack-n-play, changing table, booster seat and baby monitor). Bathroom has the shower in a separate room with door from the sinks for privacy. Master bedroom has a king size bed, sitting area and large TV equipped with Apple TV and Blu-ray player. The attached master bathroom has a stand alone tub and a walk-in shower. The laundry room has an oversized washer and dryer and is stocked with detergent. Third floor has a home gym, bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom. The gym includes a Bowflex HIIT machine, a row machine, medicine ball, mats, dumbbells and a weight bench. Quiet safe neighborhood. Home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every stay. Guest access You will have access to the whole house except for the pantry and one bedroom. This is a five bedroom home, but the four bedrooms in the photos and description are available. This is my primary residence so the house is fully furnished and kitchen stocked. I do have a dog that lives in this home but will not be on property durning your stay. So if you have dog allergies, this is not the place for you.
