The Biggest Little VR (vacation rental) is a dog friendly split level three bedroom, two and half bath home with floor to ceiling windows in the living room and mountain views out of the bedroom windows and living room.  You will be renting the whole house and two bedrooms, The third bedroom is locked and not available in this listing. There is one other Biggest Little VR listing that is the same property. Each listing is rented by number of rooms and priced accordingly. When you book this listing the other listings calendar will be blocked and unavailable to others for booking There is outdoor seating on a new deck outside the living room as well as seating and grilling on the patio outside the family room.  There are hiking trails near the neighborhood and shopping within a 5 min drive. Since this is a new property and yard work is not complete, yard maintenance people may be there during your time at the property. These people will be working in the front yard only and will not enter the property or bother you. I will let you know at the time of your stay if someone will be working in the front yard. The Ring camera is placed on the outdoor front door of the property and outside garage for security purposes. Please do not cover or remove. Since this property does not accept parties or events a device called Noise Aware has been installed inside and out of the property to help keep the neighborhood quiet. The Noise Aware only records decibel levels, not actual language. This is the perfect home to work, go to school, relax and play.
