No smoking, vaping, or pets are allowed on the property. MAX OCCUPANCY for this home is 11 guests. Anyone on the property must be listed on the Guest Occupancy Agreement. NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Failure to follow these rules may result in eviction without refund. Exterior video monitoring for check-in/out and security.
