All in a warm home designed for 6 people located in one of the most charming areas of the Quebec City area!  This vintage house, which can accommodate up to 6 people, will certainly embellish your stay on the Island of Orleans.  Its decoration, both rustic and refined, its woodwork and large rooms will please you. The living room, dining room and kitchen are designed in a bright open area for group meetings. Take a seat on one of the balconies and sip your morning coffee while contemplating the landscapes that are available to you. In addition, your private yard, calm and immense, will give you the opportunity to gather, at the end of the evening, around a fire.  Back inside, the dining table is an ideal space for a traditional sit-down meal. If you plan to extend your stay on the beautiful Island of Orleans, the kitchen, equipped with appliances and everything necessary to make a meal, will seem essential.  Both rooms are pretty and have large windows. You can enjoy a picturesque view of Île d'Orléans while lying in your cozy bed. Finally, the bathroom, spacious and functional, gives you access to a shower, a standing bath, a sink and a toilet.  Your hosts are happy to offer you access to their home (excluding access to the basement) for the entire duration of your reservation. Take your ease and enjoy your home in privacy. You can plan your arrival at the time it suits you, and this, independently.  If you have questions or encounter obstacles during your stay, François and Olivier will be at your disposal to ensure that your needs are met. Take the time to appreciate its landscapes with a breathtaking view of Montmorency Falls, Beauport Bay and Cape Diamond. Counter-clockwise, discover its treasures, orchards, vineyards and gourmet restaurants showcasing regional cuisine.  Browse the gift shops of its artisans to taste cider, terrines and confit, apple butter and other local products.  The house is located at a reasonable distance from the bridge, which will facilitate your movements during your stay. Since you will have private parking, driving will be convenient for you to move around during your stay. You will be at the same time near the city center (35 minutes by car) and the Côte-de-Beaupré, which is halfway between the dynamism of urban life and the calm of nature.
