The neighborhood is quiet with awesome views of the Mingus Mountains. Living room ~ A large and bright open space for relaxing, chatting and enjoying a glass of wine after a busy day. The TV is equipped with Netflix., Hulu, Amazon Prime and YouTube TV. Turn on the electric fireplace with or without heat to cozy up next to in the evening. Books, games and hiking guides are located in the living room. Wi-Fi for your devices is included. Kitchen ~ well-equipped with modern appliances including a full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster. Ample dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans and baking sheets. Dining Room ~ Ample seating for 4 guests to enjoy meals. Complementary bottle of wine and snacks included. Yum! Main Bedroom ~ walk in closet, attached bathroom with a full-sized shower stall, ceiling fan, luggage rack and ample lighting. Garage - guests have full access to the garage during their stay. There is an app that can be downloaded to open and close the garage door. Cleaning ~ we are using up-to-date cleaning protocols as recommended by the CDC and VRBO. All surfaces of the house are sanitized, linens sanitized, and extra cleaning products are on hand for the guests.
