Damages will be taken from your deposit. The trash bin is located to the right of the house just behind the gate. No baby wipes, cotton, pads, tampons, paper towels, or paper flushed in the toilet. TOILET PAPER ONLY. • Please keep lights off when the room or house is not in use. Guest, please understand that Miami is located in a tropical climate and that insects and lizards flourish in this environment. If doors are not kept closed, small visitors can enter. Although Owner will use its best efforts to hold to a minimum your interaction with these pests during your stay, guests must understand that any contact with such a pest within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
