This estate home is built on 40 acres our family purchased from the original old-time homesteader. It is fondly known as Badger Run. After working the land for several years this stunning 6 bedroom 6 bathroom home became a dream come true and was purposefully situated on a favorite knoll within stately ponderosa pines and nestled off the beaten path complete with a pond, barn, rope swing and panoramic views. It is private, quiet, and Colorado living at its finest with places to walk, play and relax. We can accommodate larger groups for events such as weddings and other gatherings up to 30.
