BIG BASS LAKE Community: The greenery surrounding the area is stunning this time of year. Enjoy a beautiful fall day on nature trails and running trails or while watching your little ones have fun on the outdoor playground. Enjoy the recreation center with an indoor pool, and a dry sauna (1-minute from our home), open all winter! Once the snow hits the Poconos, grab some sleds and/or tubes and head over to our snow-tubing/sledding hills, and ice skating! Disclaimer; these winter activities are all weather dependant and there is no guarantee they will be open during your stay. You must purchase amenity passes and they are priced as follows for ages seven (7) and above: Daily pass: weekdays $4/per day - per person. Daily pass: weekend or holiday $6/per day - per person. Planning your winter vacation? Spend a day at the BIGGEST snow tubing park in the US at Camelback Mountain Resort! Enjoy 39 ski trails, 42 snowboarding lanes, 800 ft. vertical rise, and 166 acres of slopes. (38 min away) Check out Jack Frost Mountain and ski one of its 20 trails - difficulties range from beginner to advance. (32 minutes away) Indoor Areas: This cozy getaway features 4 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, 3 bathrooms, and a dedicated work area. Windows, including a skylight, fill the home with streams of natural light. Start up a game of billiards on the pool table. Relax by the fireplace in the living area furnished with comfy couches while the kids watch TV in the loft. Parking: There is parking available for 4 vehicles max. IMPORTANT: Due to the Community rules and regulations - Immediately after booking please provide your full name, your email, phone number, home address, and full names of all guests in the reservation (up to 10) which is required from the community for each reservation. If this info is not submitted 4 business days before check-in we will charge $250 to cover fines from the community. If there are any changes in the rental/tenant group(s) after Registration details have been submitted, a $30 change fee will apply for each rental change (must be done at least 2 days before your check-in date). Fines may be imposed if the change form is not received before the rental date. Renters are required to produce their vehicle’s plate number and valid driver’s license upon entry into the community.
