Littlespill Modern Farmhouse minutes to Woodstock

We welcome you to Littlespill. Our place is available for three days to one month stays. Littlespill is situated on 2.5 acres of wooded land on a quiet country road with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a tub) and an outdoor kitchen. The house is equipped with a modern kitchen and filled with art and light. Large windows provide sweeping views of the open lawn and woods. We are minutes from Woodstock & Kingston and close to hiking, swimming holes, and skiing. Notes: The house has a Daybed in the porch that an overnight guest can use. There is an outdoor kitchen with a gas fired grill and a fireplace. The overall feel is open, light and modern.The bedroom on the main floor has an ensuite bathroom, a large sitting area and a Chinese wedding bed. Upstairs has two more bedrooms and a bathroom. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: We are unfortunately in an area where there is spotty cell service. But enabling WIFI calling on your iPhone you will be able to make calls and receive them.
