In fact, you may pinch yourself to make sure you’re not dreaming! Fall asleep among gentle tropical breezes and the sound of the ocean. You won’t believe how many stars you’ll see on a clear night. A summary of the amenities and features of Conched Out villa: -Fully air-conditioned -Outdoor wet bar with bbq and relaxing trade winds -Bedroom one (main level): king-size bed with en-suite bath, opens to the pool deck and has a beautiful ocean view -Bedroom two (main level): two twin beds that can be configured as a king, garden view. A full bath is directly across the hall -Bedroom three (main level): king-size bed with en-suite bath, opens to the pool deck and has a beautiful ocean view -Bedroom four (main level): king-size bed with en-suite bath, opens to pool deck, no view of the pool, but the beautiful ocean view -Bedroom five (terrace level): queen-size bed, with en-suite bath -Bedroom six (terrace level): queen-size bed with bath in hallway -Bedroom seven (terrace level): queen-size bed with en-suite bath -All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, and all bathrooms have blow dryers -Large infinity pool -Complimentary high-speed wireless internet access throughout the property -Washer and dryer -Lush and colorful landscaping -Long Bay Beach is a lovely 3 mile stretch of powder white sand and turquoise water. -And of course, all high-quality linens and beach towels are included ** Notes: • Conched Out features an optional pool heater and guests may split the $600 A/C allowance between air conditioning and pool heating. Electricity is metered and will be shown upon check-in.  Overage is charged at the current market rate. • All of our properties are offered double occupancy (2 per bedroom). This includes children and babies of all ages. • The property manager will meet guests at the villa at 4 pm for check-in. A rental car is highly recommended for getting around the island. • Occupancy: Rates are based on use by 14 guests (this number includes babies and children). Extra guests with a maximum occupancy of 16 are permitted at a guest fee. Rollaway beds are available for the 2 additional guests, but cribs must be rented if needed. • Please note, this property is typically offered in one-week blocks on a Saturday to Saturday basis. We sometimes make exceptions to this rule if your travel dates are from mid-August to mid-October or if you are traveling within 30 days. Kindly note that exceptions are not otherwise made. Please inquire directly if this is the time frame you wish to travel and we will see if we can make it happen! • AC is metered in order to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. You are given an AC allotment of $600 per week; beyond that, you will be charged actual costs. The AC is metered on a separate meter which you will be shown at check-in. COVID Policies Update: • Credit policy: In the event that the island is closed to international travel or there is a mandatory quarantine in place upon arrival at PLS, TC Villas will issue 100% credit to be used at the same villa within 12 months.
