Sunrise Ridge Villa

Wonderful Caribbean Villa that takes advantage of all Providenciales has to offer. Set on one of the highest points of the islands Sunrise Ridge Villa has some of the best views on the island of the Turquoise waters of the Caicos banks and the Ocean. In addition to the incredible views the house is perfectly positioned to get the best of the cooling breezes all year round. With a large pool, water slide and outside covered hammock and furniture Sunrise Ridge Villa is the perfect place to relax and soak in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Sunrise Ridge consists of 3 Bedrooms/3.5 Bathrooms * Master with a Queen Bed, walk in closets, private balcony and large bathroom. * Queen Bed with full private bathroom and large outdoor shower * Large room with double bed and twin bed. This room also has a full ensuite bathroom with a shower and bath. There is a large open plan dining room/living room adjacent to a gourmet kitchen which is full equipped with everything you need to prepare fantastic meals. This is not a typical vacation rental but a place we vacation in too and as a result is very well equipped. There is a 52 inch TV with DVD player, computer hookup (HDMI), XBox, Roku and surround sound. The swimming pool is over 35 feet in length. It also has a nice large shallow part good for kids or just chilling in the water. Please note : A/C use is generally not needed since we have such great breezes. If you do need to use a/c it is metered and charged at the same rate we pay the utility company. Located just off Ocean Drive it is a quiet, safe neighborhood of beautiful homes and open spaces. Yet it is less than 5 minutes drive to the Leeward Highway from where all of Providenciales is within easy reach.
