This private one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is spacious enough for a couple or small group of family or friends. With unbeatable views of the water, mountains, and islands and keys on both sides of the apartment, it will be tempting to stay home all day and night watching boats leave and return to the marina, or maybe even spot manatees and turtles in the water below. But you won’t want to miss out on all of the activities that make Fajardo an ideal place to stay. The apartment is fully stocked with all essentials and pleasures that will make your stay fun and easy, whether it’s to relax or seek adventure. This apartment shares a hallway, elevator, parking lot, and other common areas with other residents and guests. Please keep loud noises down and be respectful of all persons and property. The apartment offers plentiful counter and workspace, excellent natural lighting for videoconferencing, and the peace and serenity to make a perfect getaway. This is a 30-floor building with 24-hour access control. Guests may use any unreserved parking space. The grounds are safe and under surveillance security, however, management nor host are responsible for any theft or damage. Covid-19 update: 1. Routine cleaning and disinfecting of all high-touch surfaces. Please only take out linens you plan to use to help keep cleaning costs low. 2. A face mask is required at all times in all common areas including hallways, elevators, and parking lot. Hand sanitizer dispensers at some elevators, and inside apartment. 3. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire apartment and balcony except locked portion of bedroom closet. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, coffee makers, blender, toaster, drinkware, tableware, and flatware. There is a full-size fridge and freezer, microwave, electric stove top and oven. Enjoy coffee (provided) or a cocktail on the balcony. Views of the marina and mountains are stunning day and night. You might be lucky enough to see a manatee or sea turtle. Cayo Icacos and Seven Seas are also within view from the balcony. Common areas: two pools, 24/7 coin-operated laundry facilities in building, gazebos with running water and bbq, little free library, basketball and tennis courts, and walking paths. Guests may use any unreserved parking space.
