The fully staffed villa offers 12 bedrooms that comfortably sleeps 24(extra charge per person above that) with extra kids we can use extra sofabed or air mattress. The grounds include two pools, large jacuzzi, a mini-gym, sea stairs, and lawn area. Included in the price is daily maid service, chef, waiters/bartender, on-site concierge service for securing dinner reservations, organizing activities, arranging airport transfers, taxi services and rental cars, and assisting with any special requests that you may have. We offer pre-stocking groceries and supplies, and ask for $4,000 as your credit towards pre-stocking(listed on this site as an Admin charge but all for guest use): on site spa services, on site exercise classes, and event planning.
