It's an artfully designed 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms row cottage (which shares a common wall with its neighbor, Sandpiper), and offers crisp and modern design in the ever-popular Turtle Cove neighborhood. Enjoy beachfront access to world-famous Grace Bay Beach and experience the island's best snorkeling at Smith's Reef, a nature preserve of beautiful tropical reefs, located just a short swim off your villa's beach! Just steps from your private pool, you'll find miles of sugar-white sands in which to sink your feet and gentle waves to welcome you in if you'd like to snorkel, swim, or simply float atop. Feel right at home at Sandpebble's furnished modern kitchen (cook meals and enjoy them al fresco by the pool!). The villa also offers a stylish, yet comfortable living area with a flat-screen TV, and indoor and outdoor seating and dining areas. Sandpebble offers a convenient main floor bedroom with a king-size bed and private ensuite bath. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms, including the master bedroom with stunning views of the ocean, a balcony, and a large, ensuite open bathroom. The third bedroom on this upper level is an identical layout with Turtle Cove Marina views and an ensuite bath. Bedroom 1: Master King bed, ensuite bath with shower stall and double vanity, sea views Bedroom 2: King bed, ensuite bath with shower stall and double vanity, marina views Bedroom 3: King, ensuite bath with shower stall. ** Notes: • All of our properties are offered with double occupancy (2 per bedroom). This includes children and babies of all ages. • Maid service is provided before and after your stay, as well as one-time mid-stay. • Sandpebble shares one wall with the villa Sandpiper. The two properties have private pools and amenities. • Please note there is a one-time cleaning fee of $375 in addition to the rental rate. COVID Policies Update: • Credit policy: In the event that the island is closed to international travel or there is a mandatory quarantine in place upon arrival at PLS, TC Villas will issue 100% credit to be used at the same villa within 12 months. .
