Outdoor activities range from beach and water activities, to adrenaline-pumping adventures like zipline and aerial adventures. The house is located within 10 minutes from Condado, Old San Juan, La Placita de Santurce, and The Mall of San Juan. Isla Verde is home of the great Isla Verde Beach, hotels, casinos, tasty dining, nightlife, and more. Visitors love Puerto Rico for its beaches, food, weather, and adventure. And that’s just the beginning! Location The Coral is within an exclusive and private gated community in Isla Verde. Important Information • Renters must be over 21 years of age. Wire transfers are not permitted. • Linens are included on all beds. • The occupancy cap is 6. It’s a hard cap and is not negotiable. • It is our wish as hosts that you will enjoy your stay in Puerto Rico, and that it complies with all the requirements established by the government in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic. The latest executive order's guidelines require us to have in file, from each guest, proof of complete vaccination and a COVID-19 negative test result taken 48hrs prior to the visit. Also, wear a face covering in public and follow social distancing guidelines. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. The Coral is located within an exclusive gated community. Guests get to the house by passing an electrical gate with intercom. We love to help you in every step of the way, please ask for recommendations and suggestions as we can offer the best places (tourist and non-tourist spots) for you to have the best vacation experience ever! I live a few blocks from the home so I am generally accessible to guests should they have issues. The property manager is also very accessible via phone/email and usually responds in seconds. The Coral is located inside a gated community with security 24/7. Is just a few minutes, by foot or a quick drive, to beaches, restaurants, convenience stores, hotels, sight seen, and more. There is public transportation, car rental, taxis, and mobility-as-a-services available. Regarding public transportation, there are stops walking distance from the house. So far in all metropolitan areas Uber is available. Also, there are multiple car rental agencias close by. We recommend rental cars or Uber, it all depends on your vacation needs.
