Come enjoy our modern condo in Isabela Beach Court, a beach front, ocean front complex! Our luxurious condo is arguably the nicest unit in the area with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove, washer/dryer, flat screen smart tv, internet, and bikes. Our complex has two pools, a tennis court, basketball court, workout facility, car wash, and 24/7 security. Fish, snorkel, kayak, surf directly out front! Hurricane Proof, we have backup diesel generators and water cistern. Please note: from June-November is storm season here in PR. During this time , internet, electrical, cell service and water outages (or low flow water or brownouts) may occur. Booking this Airbnb (and any Airbnb in PR) means you understand and are fully aware of this reality as we can not guarantee these amenities. Guests are welcome to use whatever supplies are in the Airbnb (not in locked off areas). However, we recommend all guests stock up on any provisions they think important for themselves before or upon arrival. These may include water, candles (matches), flashlights, canned food, music and netflix or Amazon prime on cell phones and ipads. If there is an electrical, cell, or internet outage, do not expect us to answer immediately. We will reply as promptly as we can. Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll per kitchen, and 1 towel per person is provided. *Regular pool, lawn, ac, and other maintenance is ongoing for our Airbnbs. Accordingly, we will require access to the property at times to complete these tasks to keep our properties up to par.
