Casa Olivo - San Pancho

Brand new modern-beach house, lots of daylight, private, quiet, behind the main square, two blocks from the beach, beautiful jungle views, pool, garden, funky and comfortable. We filled up the space with different items to make you feel comfortable surrounded by art and nature. A hammock in front of the pool and the main patio with pergola are like magnets to chill-out. Located behind the "plaza", and beside the golf-court / gated community "Las Olas", the neighborhood is really quiet, the house is on an alley for about five properties. When you reach "Villa Esperanza" turn left over the alley, a few more steps and you're home! Please keep in mind San Pancho is a small town in the middle of the jungle. Sometimes services are not that fast as in the cities, also there might be power off situations, specially in the rainy season since heavy water pours or hurricanes get close to the area. If you're in a situation, please try to be calm, let me know what's going on so that I figure out something or make a report to the power company, then try to enjoy the experience, there's candles and a flashlight in the house.
