This modern and newly upgraded villa is located inside Wyndham Rio Mar Resort. It belongs to Las Brisas development that offers convenient access to several restaurant, casinos , pools and beach. By staying at this property you will have access to two swimming pools. One is located just few steps away from the villa and second is located beach front. Please be advised that hotel pool is reserved for hotel guests only, you can access that amenity only by reserving a hotel room. All guests can visit every restaurant on the premises and use the beach. Portion of the beach in front of the hotel is equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas. This villa is a spacious three bedroom three full bathroom duplex that can comfortably host up to 10 guests. Master bedroom is set up with a King size bed and both guest bedrooms are set up with two queen size beds each. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining in. Outdoor patio offers pleasant views of the resort and set up with a gas grill. Each room has a TV, WiFi and air conditioning. The complex amenities includes a private pool with tables, chairs and chaise lounges, kids playground, and the use of the Beach Club (a 2nd pool near the beach access). The Wyndham Resort offers Casino, Two Championship Golf Courses (Ocean and River), Tennis Center with 13 clay/hard courts, the famous Mandara Spa, and 11 restaurants and lounges throughout the resort, Club Iguanas (Kids Club with supervised activities), Game room and Water Sports Center. Hotel pools are reserved for hotel guests only. There are endless dinning possibilities, from casual dining to Steak houses and Japanese Cuisine. You can enjoy outlet shopping at The Factory Outlets, and/or regular shopping at other shopping areas. A trip to the Old San Juan, San Juan Metro Area and/or museums and shows is less than a 30 minutes drive, with good roads and expressways.
