The Villa has a flat screen TV in the living room, cable TV and the most powerful Wifi the island will provide available all throughout the home! Air conditioning in every room will be sure to keep you cool, no matter the weather outside! The Villa is ready for every rental need - short-term or long-term! So the kitchen is fully equipped and includes a full fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. You even have your own washer and dryer. Bed linens, beach towels and bath towels are provided. You have your own private breakfast patio with table and chairs, front balcony with dining table and - best of all - a gorgeous pool with sun loungers and comfy Acapulco chairs! The Villa is right near the Fairmont Southampton Hotel, so you basically get a hotel/beach location at a fraction of the cost which is pretty amazing in the summer or the winter. The grocery store is a 5-minute scooter ride away and is open till 10PM on most evenings. (Not on Sunday though! Only until 7PM on Sundays!) There is even a late night take-out restaurant on the corner - not even a 3-minute walk away. There are also multiple restaurants at the Fairmont Southampton, just a 5-minute scooter ride away. You'll be able to access easy scooter and electric car rental nearby at the Fairmont Southampton Must climb stairs - There are approximately 25 steps up to the front door of The Villa. PLEASE NOTE: We have three security cameras on the exterior of our property only. Two leading up the walkway to our home, and one video doorbell at the doorway of our home.
