This is a newly renovated studio within centrally located gated community. Minutes away from Sangster International Airport, public transport, downtown, beaches and nightlife. Apartment comes fully furnished with a smartTV, WI-FI, washer/dryer and spacious balcony with a nice city view. The space This studio has brand new queen size bed and mattress + couch that can be used as a comfortable single bed + single small mattress can be detached from it. Guest access Guests can use anything inside the apartment, coupled with the pool, restaurant and two convenience stores within the complex. Other things to note The whole neighbourhood is central and can be a bit noisy especially on the weekend. Sometimes the owner of the store plays music till 10 pm, if it is too loud for you, you can ask him to tune it down. Short disruptions of water electricity are possible (few times a week, usually about 10 - 30 min). We have our own water tank and a lamp that work on accumulator for those cases.
