Ocean Front Views Ranch 3bedrooms/3 EnSuite Baths

Beach front home with 3 beds all with on-suite bathrooms. Two car garage and on a dead end street. We own the two lots next to us and the one in front of us. Large open concept kitchen, dinning and living room under a vaulted ceiling open to a very large family room with it's own tv and seating area along with table. Both open to front deck all with unobstructed views of open white water views. Water filtered for whole house with UV and 3 stage filter. Keyless entry and lots of upgrades. We recently took the last year off work because of covid and used that time to remodeled our beach front home. It's at the end of a group of cul-de-sac streets facing south and west. It's located in a small community San Antonio Del Mar 10 minutes north of Rosarito with 24/7 security at the gates, who also patrol the streets. The community has 3 pools one beach front with beach access. There is also a playground and some tennis courts. We own the two lots next to us which is within the walls of the property and the lot in front of us too so lots of room and privacy. We will build a second home and pool and stairs to the beach on this in the next year or so working on permits now. Current house is 3 bedroom all with a on-suite bath and a two car garage on one level. There is one 3 inch step from the garage to the hall. We fully remodeled every room including all baths and kitchen. All new custom hardwood cabinets and hardwood doors through out. All new Milgard windows and slider doors and we fully insulated the house. We retiled the floors and added custom local tile work through out house. All new appliances including washer, dryer, stove, fridge and yes 2 dishwashers. And a brand new central forced air furnace (most homes here don't have heat at all). We also added 3 gas fireplaces one in the living room, guest room and family room, There are 4 Roku tv's in the house (2 TCL Series 6 and 2 TCL series 5) all with US or Mexico versions of netflix, youtube tv, disney plus, amazon prime,HBO max and xfinity app. (living, family, master and guest bedrooms). All three bedrooms have full on-suite bathrooms. In addition, we have a whole house 3 stage water filtration system with extra strong 2 bulb uv light sterilizer. This makes our tap water drinkable but in addition, we also have another reverse osmosis system with uv filter on the ice maker and water at fridge and kitchen sink. All 3 bathrooms have heated floors and heated bidet seats. There is a extra fridge/freezer in the garage for large groups. There is a large family room that opens up to the main living room and master. This room has it's own couch tv and fireplace but also a full size extra kitchen table, art drafting table and flex seating area. Living room is open concept with the kitchen and dinning room all under one vaulted beamed ceiling. Kitchen has everything you could ever want to cook with for very large groups and Nespresso machine. We supply 1 sleeve (10 pods) for each paid night of the reservation. If you would like more please let us know they are $10 a sleeve for the Nespresso pods our cost. New granite counter tops and massive eat in island to entertain. Both the family room and living room open to the front deck with lots of outdoor seating along with a fire pit. There is another patio with hot tub and several outdoor couches for seating. Our plan is to put a couple cabanas with beds out there. All these area's and rooms have extensive unobstructed views of the ocean. We have a state of the art Ring security system which you will be given access and control over during your stay. All door locks are smart locks and you will be given temp access codes while here so no keys to worry about. Master has a very large double steam shower, heated towel rack and in bathroom wardrobe. The master bedroom also has a small seating area off the side with love seat and smart tv and a queen size bed. There are ocean views from the den and master bed. It also opens up to the family room and has private door to the courtyard. Both the master bath and master suite tv area have switchable privacy glass that can go from clear to opaque with a click of the remote so you can enjoy the views but also have your privacy when wanted. Kids bedroom has 2 queen beds. Bathroom has tub shower combo and heated towel rack. Closet is set up as toy area but there are 2 dressers in the bedroom. There is also a built in cabinet in bathroom with lots of storage and drawers. Guest Bedroom/Den has vaulted ceiling and fireplace with smart tv. A pull out double sofa bed with a very good mattress and foam topper if you like. There is a skylight in the bedroom and bathroom. Bathroom has full shower with bench. Walk in closet that is located in the bathroom and also has heated floors.
