Main level has the kitchen, living room, dining room, master bedroom, locker area and 2 bathrooms. The walkout basement has 4 bedrooms, a full bathroom with 2 sinks, laundry room and rec room. The property has a large backyard with a beautiful waterview off the back deck and bbque. Since we have 5 bedrooms (sleeps 10) we will consider 2 families staying together.
