LINGA AWILE COTTAGE on the Beach

Linga-Awile at Coral Cove is located in the exclusive Fortlands Road section of Discovery Bay. This popular beach front cottage has 3 bedrooms, living room (12 x 14), dining room (10 x 14), and a lovely open, covered patio looking out to the bay. The cottage is comfortably furnished for beach front relaxing. Bedroom Configuration: All bedrooms are air-conditioned with private bathrooms and ceiling fans. Each bedroom has a TV. -Bedroom 1 Two queen beds and full en suite bathroom. -Bedroom 2 King bed or two twin beds with full en suite bathroom. -Bedroom 3 King bed with full en suite bathroom The expansive lawn leads out to a swimming pool (18 foot diameter) and then down to the 150 foot white sand beach. The beach has a Gazebo for shade and offers splendid views of the blue waters of Discovery Bay and the coastal mountains beyond. Two outdoor grills facilitate food preparation for beach parties or torchlight dining. Activities include volleyball, badminton; complimentary kayaks are provided. Linga-Awile is very child friendly with the pool near to the patio so you can relax and keep an eye on the children. The large lawn is perfect for games and the beach has a gentle, sandy entrance with no waves. Linga-Awile is fully staffed with a cook, housekeeper, laundress and gardener. Dining can be indoors, on the terrace or beach. Villa Amenities: -3 air conditioned bedrooms each with en-suite bath -Private 150 ft. white sand beach -18 foot round fresh water pool -Sea kayaks and snorkeling equipment -Satellite TV and Internet (wifi) -Full staff -This delightful Discovery Bay property actually consists of two separate villas, Linga-Awile Villa (3 bedrooms) and Coral Cove Villa (5 bedrooms) totally renovated in 2009 for a total of 8 bedrooms. Both are located on a beautiful expanse of lawn and gardens leading to a private, 150’ sandy beach. The villas can be rented separately or together. Each villa has a full staff and swimming pool. If one group rents both villas, all may dine together. If there are two different groups meals are served on individual open-air patios at each villa or on picnic tables at the beach. If separate groups are renting each house the beach is shared, and volleyball/badminton area and seaside gazebo are for the use of the guests staying at Linga-Awile only. Each villa has its own outdoor barbecue grill and seaside rinse-off shower.
