Guest have access to "Las Verandas" swimming pool, directly across from Villa Mango as well as the St Regis resort amenities, including beach, boathouse, watersports, restaurants and pools.  The rental includes a dedicated golf cart for enjoying the St. Regis property and amenities with a wide range of world class activities.  Keep in mind when comparing to other units, this Penthouse at Las Verandas is larger and more luxurious than other low ceiling, smaller condo options on lower floors.  The Penthouse also has multiple, lengthy terraces perfect for enjoying an evening glass of wine and relaxation. Another pool available, perfect for fun and relaxation, is about ten minutes walk or a short golf cart ride (included with rental) from the Condo. At this stunning, "Members only" pool area, bar and restaurant services are five star! You will have daily access to kayaks, stand up paddle boards, bicycles, fishing equipment, tennis, health club and other amenities. Equipment is available at the Boathouse, the center for activities located by the Lake area; from there you will be able to appreciate the beautiful landscape created by " El Yunque", our National Rain Forest. Explore the flora and the fauna living in this magic environment worldly recognized as an Audubon Natural Reserve. Breathtaking views are everywhere waiting to be discovered: The Wellness Center is situated on the lake waters looking at one of the birds island, home of various exotic birds species.
