Shuswap Lake Resort offers newly built, open concept luxurious lakefront townhomes. Aspen D34 is a 2 bedroom with a bonus loft townhome that is located just steps to the beautiful pool and hot tub area and the beachfront on Shuswap Lake. Aspen D36 is a 3-level beachfront townhome with incredible lake views on each floor and also includes a full kitchen, spacious living room with a fireplace, in-suite laundry, two and a half bathrooms, two terraces and a balcony. This particular unit has been upgraded by the owners and it includes some great extra features like granite countertops, slate flooring and high-end furnishings inside and out. There is parking nearest to the Unit . As you enter the property continue to drive in to the very end waterfront unit to access the best parking for the unit. This reservation has a No Refunds cancellation policy. There are no refunds given for this property. Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted. No smoking inside or outside on the deck. Pets will be considered; please provide pet breed and age. Pets must be on a leash at all times and must be cleaned up after. There is a keyless lock for access. The code will be sent to you the morning of check-in. Please confirm if you would like it sent via text or by email. Check-in is at 4 pm. Early check-in is not available during the peak season; June - August. During this time there are same-day check-in and checkouts. If you do arrive prior to check-in, there is a pool washroom which can be accessed from the hot tub which you could use to change and enjoy the pool until check-in. There will be an additional charge of $200 for each hour that you stay past checkout. Please ensure you do check out on time. Please load the dishwasher, take out all garbage, and strip bedding. Ensure any furniture ( inside and out ) that has been moved is returned to its original spot. Garbage and Recycling: Upon check out, please ensure all garbage is removed and taken to the garbage bins. The bins are located in a locked compound at the entrance of the resort (on the corner of Express Point Rd), you may have noticed it when you drove in. The keys are on the hutch in the kitchen and must be returned to the hutch. A $50.00 fee will be charged for the unreturned key
