Come relax in our luxurious and spacious 3-bedroom 2-bathroom condo. Enjoy tropical breezes and watch ocean waves from your living room, kitchen, master bedroom and patio all day and all night long. Accommodating up to 8 persons, enjoy direct beach and pool access from your private patio. Hit the gym, tennis court, basketball court, kids play area or two pools in our gated complex with 24/7 security. Local tasty cuisine, seafood restaurants, and supermarkets are nearby. Two private parking spaces for guests and a large local supermarket, plenty of great restaurants, and the Aguadilla international airport nearby…what else could you want from a weekend, week- or month-long trip! Hurricane Proof, we have backup diesel generators and water cistern. This unit can be rented with Tropical Beach Retreat (unit 511) and Puerto Rico Beach Condo (unit 411). Guests are able to access the entire space. Names of guests in a party must be provided PRIOR to the beginning of a reservation in order to gain entry into the complex. Non-registered guests (at the time of the booking) are not permitted entry into the condo nor use of the facility. Please note: from June-November is storm season here in PR. During this time , internet, electrical, cell service and water outages (or low flow water or brownouts) may occur. Booking this Airbnb (and any Airbnb in PR) means you understand and are fully aware of this reality as we can not guarantee these amenities. Guests are welcome to use whatever supplies are in the Airbnb (not in locked off areas). However, we recommend all guests stock up on any provisions they think important for themselves before or upon arrival. These may include water, candles (matches), flashlights, canned food, music and netflix or Amazon prime on cell phones and ipads. If there is an electrical, cell, or internet outage, do not expect us to answer immediately. We will reply as promptly as we can. Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll per kitchen, and 1 towel per person is provided. *Regular pool, lawn, ac, and other maintenance is ongoing for our Airbnbs. Accordingly, we will require access to the property at times to complete these tasks to keep our properties up to par. Isabela is a unique tropical beachfront city and community with plenty to offer. Beach front bicycle paths, tide pools to swim in, tons of world famous surf spots (and contests) and of course all of our excellent restaurants make it the perfect getaway destination.
