The space This 2,496 sq ft home has 4 bedrooms with 2.5 baths and is located less than 1 mile from the beach and downtown New Buffalo! This stunning AirBNB is in immaculate condition with recently refinished hardwood floors, new carpet, updated styling, and vintage charm. The expansive front, side, and backyards are all full of trees and greenery, with the back patio fully equipped with a grill, fire pit, lighting, dining table, plenty of seating, and lounging areas. Park up to 4 vehicles on the driveway to check out nearby wineries and towns, or walk to the local shops, breweries, restaurant, and beach. Parents - we prepared this home with you in mind with an extremely kid friendly environment! Not only do we have a kids corner full of books and toys, we also provided a toddler bed, pack n play, and high chair in the Master Closet so no need to pack those bulky items! In addition, safety and convenience are at your disposal with our kids/plastic plates and silverware, as well as multiple outlet covers and table corner covers. Do you want baby nearby while maintaining your privacy? The spacious master bedroom closet is large enough to safely sleep baby in one of the provided sleeping options. We also have a rocking chair with foot stool in the sitting area of the master bedroom for those late night cuddles and rocking to sleep. This home is welcoming and comfortable and will make you feel right at home. It boasts beautiful furnishings, well lit open spaces, cozy bedding, soft plush bath towels, and colorful beach towels. A washer and dryer are available if needed. Our fully furnished kitchen comes with everything you need to cook up tasty meals. Appliances include microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. A stay at this home will make it hard to leave but easy to return next year! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, plus the garage if needed. Other things to note We kindly ask that guests remove their shoes in the house and leave the sand at the beach. We also kindly ask that guests do not smoke anywhere on the premises. There is a camera at the front and back door for safety and security purposes. Lastly, no pets are allowed in the house. Our home is in pristine condition and we try hard to keep it that way for all of our future guests.
