The house is perfectly situated from great adventurous attractions: a few minutes drive from beautiful beaches, ATV/Four-track adventures, Go-Karts, Catamaran & Boat Tours, snorkeling, Fajardo Ferry, horseback riding, bioluminescence kayaking, Golfing Courses and much more! The house is less than 5-10 minutes driving distance from 2 supermarkets, Wal-Mart, Movie Theater, great restaurants, fast foods and the famous Luquillo “Kioskos” (Food Booths)! The kitchen is equipped with utensils, pans, plates, coffee maker, etc! As well as having the mechanical essentials including: stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer!
