Villa Palacio offers has 2,300 square feet of tastefully decorated living space, a large private terrace with gas grill overlooking the 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. Golf Course, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen that opens to the dining and living room, and sleeps 6 guests in 1 king bed, 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds. Villa Palacio guests enjoy full access to the resort amenities which include the Beach Club, Golf Club, an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. Golf Course, Gym, Tennis Club, Boathouse with water sports, and 483 acres of gated pristine maritime forest. Villa Palacio is part of the Bahia Beach Refined Luxury Rental Program which includes the daily resort fee, daily cleaning, a 6-person golf cart, and a dedicated concierge for the duration of the reservation. LIVING AREAS The center-piece of Villa Palacio is an expansive grand room that includes an open layout kitchen, a kitchen counter with seating for 4, an 8 person dining table, and a comfortable living area with a large flat screen TV. The terrace has an outdoor dining table and separate seating area. The entire villa has central air conditioning. KITCHEN The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for entertaining with it’s high end appliances, european finish, and open layout overlooking the dining room and living room. BEDROOMS The master bedroom has a king bed, a large bathroom with a hot tub, shower, and double sink, a flat screen TV and golf course views. The 2nd bedroom has a full bed and dedicated bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a dedicated bathroom. The villa comfortably sleeps 6 guests. BAHIA BEACH RESORT Villa Palacio includes the daily resort fee so that guests can enjoy full access to all resort amenities. All bookings are contingent on signing a short term rental agreement that will be sent via email.
