Casita Uvita-private oasis close to everything!

Casita Uvita is just a 10 minute walk to the National Park Playa Ballena (3,000 colone entrance fee, approximately $6/day), beach, shops and restaurants and the famous Whale's Tail ! Spend your days beach combing, surfing and soaking in the sun, or take a kayak, dive/snorkel or whale/dolphin watching tour just down the road with one of our tour operators. The great pool and patio area is accessible from the kitchen, and ALL rooms have AC (kitchen and all three bedrooms)! Rinse off and refresh in the outdoor shower. Downstairs two private bedrooms share a bathroom. Upstairs there is a great open loft with 2 queen beds, and the home sleeps 8 comfortably. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with all varieties of fragrant tropical flowers and mature trees. Access this lovely home with a 2 wheel drive vehicle (no 4x4 is necessary), and park it under the shaded carport. Nearby Uvita is just a short car or bike ride away, with plenty of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, banks and tourist activities available. Gorgeous beaches dot the Ballena Coast. There's an endless list of fun local activities for every member of the group, whether young or old! Close to horseback riding, bird watching, fishing, surfing, whale/dolphin watching, ATV tours, zip lining, kayaking, and a wildlife sanctuary. You can't go wrong with a vacation in the Southern Zone!!
