These semi-detached villas are located in a gated-community with private road access, 350m from the beach, Freights Bay and 1 mile from Miami Beach and Oistins. They offer three bedrooms upstairs; one with a queen size bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds - these two share a bathroom with shower - and the Master bedroom, with a king size bed, a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with double faucet. All the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning. On the ground floor, there is a dining room and a kitchen, as well as a powder room.There is also a washing machine. All windows in the house have mosquito screens. The Italian design kitchen offers a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler, fridge with water dispenser and a large freezer. All of the counter-tops are in granite and all the floors are travertine and marble.The villas also have a spacious patio, complete with a splash pool and behind the house an additional laundry sink. The villas have enclosed automatic door garages with access also from inside. To increase security, there is an alarm system in the villas and wrought irons in the downstairs windows.They are equipped with telephone lines and high-speed Wi-Fi. The compound has automatic car and pedestrian gates. Please note that the price and the damage deposit is per villa. For the end of the year, the minimum rental is 14 days.
