NEW Belmar house w/ beach badges, bikes & backyard

Enjoy the best months of the summer in Belmar, an ideal spot for you to rest and relax this summer! Conveniently located just 4 blocks to the beautiful beach, and only steps away from downtown restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and train station, our house offers brand new amenities in contemporary style and a large private back yard with a grill and outdoor area to relax after hot beach day. We have four beach badges, chairs & umbrella, two boogie boards and five bicycles you can use to get around town. Our clean and spacious house features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 1 bedroom with twin over full bunk bed with a trundle (great for 4). The house can easily accommodate two families with kids or total of 8 people, with any additional person at extra charge (please inquire with the owner). The living room is the perfect space for the entire family to be together with a huge Smart TV, comfy couches, and an open concept floor plan that includes the dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all supplies & appliances. Freshly cleaned bed linens and bath towels are provided. Washer and dryer available for your convenience. The house is professionally cleaned between each guest. During the peak summer season, we are trying to rent for a full week, although 4 days is a minimum requirement. Please kindly note that parties and events are not allowed at this property. Families are WELCOME! No group renters. Minimum age requirement is 28.
