A sunny disposition is inescapable whether you are relaxing in one of the three uniquely decorated bedrooms, lounging by the fire on the oversized covered porch , cooking it up in the kitchen, or grilling out on the Memphis Pit Boss! Not only is this cottage fabulous inside and out, the Reserve boasts on site hiking trails and an outdoor fire pit area which are locate just beyond the lush tree line in the large back yard. OH, and did we mention THE LAKE! This three bedroom, two bath cottage is nestled in the RESERVE at Holiday Landing - just a short private golf cart ride takes you to the waters edge and the Blue Gill Grill at Holiday Landing Marina. You can spend your days on the pristine waters of Tim's Ford Lake, hitting the links at Bear Trace at Tim's Ford State Park, or enjoying the many local indoor and outdoor attractions. We highly suggest hiking Rutledge Falls. It is a short car ride away. The hike is easy and there are many places to take the perfect family pictures! The cottage includes three TV’s, use of the Memphis Pit Boss Grill, and a four person Club Car golf cart.
