At 509 Main you will find a beautifully furnished apartment that can accommodate up to four persons. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds, both with ample closet space. The kitchen is comfortably furnished with all you need to cook a complete meal if you choose not to enjoy one of the many good restaurants within a two to five minute walk from the front door. The apartment is located on the fourth floor, and is serviced by an elevator. Historical Downtown Columbus has much to offer and is centrally located for easy access to Starkville and Tuscaloosa for sporting or cultural events. The apartment is just steps from our beautiful downtown river walk and farmers market. The Rosenzweig Art Center is next door, and the Columbus Convention Center is just around the corner. Come visit Columbus’s Spring Pilgrimage when many splendid antebellum homes are open to the public. The space available is on the fourth floor of the building. There is also a common hallway, half bath, and a coin operated washer and dryer. We are available as much as you need. We are happy to meet you upon arrival and tell you all about our building, the historic old First Columbus National Bank Building, and all of the comings and going around you in our beautiful historic downtown. The building is accessible via a keyless security lock entrance, so our availability is up to you. We love meeting new people, so it will always be a pleasure to greet you. Walking is the best way to get around downtown Columbus. However, if you are here for sporting event at MUW, Mississippi State, or the University of Alabama, access by car is easy. We are located about 5 miles from MUW, 20 minutes to Mississippi State, and an hour to Tuscaloosa. The Columbus Visitors’ Center is a couple of blocks down the street, and from there you can start many adventures in our beautiful locale, including the Spring Pilgrimage.
