Some of Bermuda's best beaches (stunning, with great snorkelling) are close by. The Old Town of St. George’s is a popular destination for tourists who want to see the well-preserved historic old town and nearby fortresses. It is a beautiful and quaint town with tons of character and charm. The Town of St. George is known for being the territory's first English settlement. Colonial buildings on and around central King's Square include the 18th-century town hall. Nearby, the Tucker House Museum is a typical home from the 1700s, with displays of crystal, silver and period furniture. Other notable landmarks include St. Peter's Church, founded in 1612. The apartment has a queen bed in the bedroom and a day bed in the living room. There is a well equipped, fully stocked kitchen and a separate dining room.
