As a 3rd world country though, it experiences far more frequent internet and power outages than North America. Infrastructure upgrades are slowly being completed, so for those wishing to work remotely, it is good to keep in mind these outage possiblilities and that areas with older infrastructure can presently only support average upgrades. * * *
