You start to imagine what it will be like to stay at a secluded oceanfront beach house. ... is this place really going to be directly on the beach.....if only that was true.…yes there are two white posts at the end of the driveway...as our host stated....your heart starts to race and then ….you arrive and now you .know the truth....it is ON THE BEACH.....The adventure begins!  The Space You have plenty of room to enjoy the ocean from this beachfront Villa. From the Spanish ceramic tile to the pocket doors no expense was spared. Enjoy the amazing ocean view directly from either queen "memory foam" 13" pillowtop beds that were imported from the states. All bedding is 100 % cotton and we supply 4 pillows (each bed) for an amazing sleep. The full tile bath has an enormous walk-in shower and has a bunch of 100 % cotton towels including four enormous beach towels. The other en suite bathroom has two sinks and a BEACHFRONT outdoor shower. The enormous screened indoor/outdoor room is roughly 350 sq. ft. and offers amazing views of the ocean and the beach which is less than 10 meters away. We also supply a bunch of beach stuff including beach chairs, huge beach blankets, beach umbrellas, and even a couple of "high-end" boogie boards !!!! Other things to note This Epiphany Villas property is part of an oceanfront estate but if you choose......you can have no contact whatsoever (except the exchange of the keys) with the owner/manager. No items or access are shared with the primary residence in any way. REMEMBER ENTIRE PROPERTY IS NON SMOKING PLEASE RENT A VEHICLE FROM EITHER ENTERPRISE/ALAMO/NATIONAL..they have a local office in UVITA if you have any vehicle problems just a few minutes away!
