Aracaipe beach is a more reserved beach with less tourist, great for morning walks and relaxation but we are also located near the water park, 5 minutes from the center of Arraial where is the most charming and colorful Mucuge street with great restaurants, boutiques, cafe and all commercial points in general. we are near beautiful beaches like Pitinga, Taipe, mirror beach, Trancoso and Caraiva. This house has security camera system, wifi and intercom with electronic door for comfort and practicality. Excellent quality imported bed, table and bath as well as kitchen and dining utensils. We have fridge and freezer. All air-conditioned rooms but if you prefer, the two front rooms with balcony on full moon nights invite an open window and the sound of ocean waves. Pool and garden cleaning services are done every day and services of housekeeper, cook etc. can be combined with the housekeeper if you prefer (separate service). The property is divided as follows: on the first floor is a living room, kitchen, balcony with table for 10 people, gourmet area with barbecue, laundry, bathroom and suite1 with king bed and tv. On the second floor we have suite 2 with balcony queen bed and pool view and two semi suites one with tv, king tempurpedic bed and balcony also overlooking the pool.
