Located minutes from beautiful Dover Beach and in the heart of the St. Lawrence Gap, Southern Marsh is your home away from home. The house is located on a quiet street just one block from the sea. A grocery store, restaurants, bars, gift shops and an ATM are all within walking distance. Southern Marsh is a recently built, two-storey, 4 bedroom & 3 bathroom home. The house is beautifully decorated in tropical colours and features a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining room with a table which seats 8, comfortable living room, backyard and covered patio, as well as air conditioning in all bedrooms, free Wifi, a microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, HD TV, blu-ray player and an assortment of movies on DVD. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 2 large closets and a full ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a sunny balcony off the master bedroom. The other two bedrooms on the second floor share a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. These two rooms have ample closet space and can sleep 2 people each, with the beds made up either as 2 single beds or one king bed. The main floor bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. We have a local property manager who will meet guests upon arrival at the house.
