THE COMMON AREAS ARE CLEANED AND DISINFECTED DAILY BY COMPLEX STAFF.* The 2nd floor condo is a spacious 3 bedroom two bathroom totaling 1,700 square feet featuring 9 1/2 foot ceilings with custom baseboards and crown moldings. Upon entering the condo, the interior hallway adjoins to the living area, kitchen and dining room. The gourmet kitchen integrated with a large kitchen island is designed with all natural wood furnishings, granite counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances purchased in May of 2018 (as well as the brand new central A/C system). Off of the kitchen is a closet with a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, large private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, dual sinks, granite counter-tops, and imported lavatory and fixtures. The other two bedrooms have built in closets and both have views of the lush jungle outside - one with a balcony and the other with a large window. There is a shared bathroom for the two rooms which also has granite counter-tops, and imported lavatory and fixtures. This condo is fully furnished from clothes hangers to a flat panel TV with HDMI cord to hook up to your laptop! The grounds feature a world class landscape design that includes an infinity edge swimming pool with sundecks and a Jacuzzi/waterfall as well as a wet-bar, BBQ gas grill, outdoor shower and bathroom facilities. There is 24 hour security and the property is completely fenced in and gated. You have a covered car-port with enough space for two vehicles as well as guest parking should you have some friends over. Surrounded by lush rain-forest on all sides there is plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors without even leaving the community!
