Walloon Cottage- NEW HOT TUB -10 Miles to Ski!

Welcome to our cozy cottage nestled in beautiful Walloon Lake Village! The cottage is in a convenient location 15 mins south of Petoskey and 15 mins north of Boyne Mountain Ski Resort and a 5 min walk to public beach access, shopping, ice cream and Barrelback Restaurant. This 3 Bedroom, 1 Bath cottage offers a large fenced in backyard, BBQ grill, pergola, outdoor lighting, detached outdoor bunkhouse for the kids to sleep(closed in winter), fire pit, outdoor games, wifi, smart TVs, wood burning fireplace, AC and a beautiful sunroom. Walk into a nice, cozy living room and kick off your shoes by the door. The smaller bedroom will be located immediately to your right with the full bathroom next to it. Sit down on the new sleeper sofa and turn on your favorite show with our Smart TV or login to your cable provider. As you walk into the kitchen, you'll be greeted by a cute little table that is perfect for a morning cup of coffee and breakfast. The other bedroom is located right off of the kitchen on the other side. Walking past the kitchen, you will be greeted by the beautiful sun room that looks out over the big backyard. This is my favorite place to have a cup of coffee or tea as well as some quiet time to simply be. As you walk out the back door, the BBQ grill will be on your left and the beautiful pergola will be to your right which is the perfect spot for a family meal or having a drink under the party lights. The new hot tub is a perfect spot to relax and unwind after a fun day in the great Michigan outdoors! The summer bunk house (closed in winter) is straight ahead past the grill and pergola and features a bunk bed with twin on top/full on the bottom along with a love seat and smart TV. The bunk house is setup perfect for your kiddos to have their own space and smart TV, and it is also equipped with AC. Find the wagon and beach toys here. The raised fire pit is located next to the great tree in the yard and across the yard you will find the potting shed.
